Roof coatings reduce roof leaks and extend the life of your roof. This will keep your building interior cool. Reflective coatings help reduce the temperature of roof surfaces and building interiors in areas that are exposed to direct sunlight. General sealing coatings repel rain and water in wet environments to prevent leaks and water damage to your roof or building interior.

Existing Epoxy and Urethane coatings cannot be readily recoated without encountering inter- coat adhesion problems. Proflex Primer may be necessary. Proflex Primer makes it possible to re-coat roofs with similar or different types of finishes. Severely weathered wood and degraded insulating foam surfaces can be “reconstituted” with an application of Proflex Primer that can then be top-coated. When applied to rubber membranes, Proflex Primer will prevent swelling caused by absorption of oils, fats, and solvents around restaurant roof vents. Thermoplastic roofing membranes such as Hypalon and others can be recoated after applying Proflex Primer.

Liquid Rubber is environmentally safe, resistant to ultra-violet rays, puncture resistant, and is completely odorless once cured. Its chemical bonding properties make its incredible advantages hard to compare to anything else on the market! Do you have a flat roof? Then you know standing water is a flat roof’s enemy.

Liquid rubber can withstand being submerged year round. We challenge you to find another product that can measure up to that claim. Liquid Rubber is a true product. There are no shortcuts in the manufacturing process. Only the highest quality materials are used insuring our clientele’s long-term roof durability.

Liquid Rubber has excellent weather-resiliency.

It is not thermoplastic and can withstand high temperatures (up to 300 F). The rubberized coating remains flexible at low temperatures (brittle point is -62F) and is resistant to acids, alkalis and polar solvents. It does not chalk like its sheet version counterparts. It can even withstand total water immersion! Liquid Rubber has been the roof sealant of choice in various industries for 25 years! Liquid Rubber can be applied to 95% of roof types without the use of a ProFlex Primer and can effectively extend the life of an existing roof for many years.

Concrete Repair

Rubber coatings can seep into fissures at joint areas between new and old concrete. Tiles and rain gutters (produced by adobe-type or concrete materials) can be effectively waterproofed with rubber.

Flashing and Repair
